About Motion
Motion takes your tasks with their deadlines and durations, looks at your meetings, and builds the day — automatically, and again whenever something changes. The pitch is that prioritising is itself work, and it can be delegated. It suits people whose day is genuinely a scheduling problem; those with fewer, larger commitments will find it more machinery than they need.
What We Love
- ✓Removes daily prioritising entirely
- ✓Handles a genuinely overloaded schedule
- ✓One tool instead of three
Limitations
- ✗Expensive
- ✗No free tier
- ✗Rigid if your work is not task-shaped
